OLIZAIR was created in June 2002, three months after the collapse of Air Afrique (the former multinational airline jointly owned by 11 french speaking African states).

Three months later (i.e. in September 2002) the war broke out in Cote d'Ivoire. Those two events that surround the creation of OLIZAIR have a significant impact on air transport industry in West Africa.

The basic motivation that underlies the conception of OLIZAIR resides in our will to provide all the air transport stakeholders in West and Central Africa with the experience acquired in various fields.

Considering that bringing together everyone's imagination can reverse the prevailing trend to disorganization in this sector, OLIZAIR has elaborated and implemented new products for the general public, companies and airline operators.
